A Welcome Message from the Principal

Fremont Christian School is an exciting place! Our Secondary Campus is home to both our Junior High and our High School programs. Over the last three years, we have employed significant resources to develop the Secondary program. When you visit our campus, you will see two artificial turf fields used for athletic contests, PE classes, and many student life activities. Our new 19 classroom building and separate Choral Hall give us spacious, well-equipped rooms in which students explore, discuss, apply and create.

Our students are diverse, creative, fun-loving and are expected to treat each other with respect. You will often find one student looking out for another and much camaraderie within grade levels. Our international students bring distinct experiences to the school which broadens the understanding of all us.

Students at the junior high school can count on a tight cadre of core teachers who support them through their transition from elementary school and prepare them for the rigors of high school. They will spend bi-weekly chapel times with just their junior high peers. They also have a student council, four athletic teams for boys and girls, special service projects, and various student life activities including the JH Banquet, the JH Christmas Party, and Spirit Week to look forward to throughout the year. A snow trip, the Disneyland Eighth Grade Graduation Trip, a visit to the Museum of Tolerance, JH Chorale, drama performances and more enrich their academic pursuits.

High School students are actively engaged in seeking opportunities to build their academic and extracurricular experiences through service projects with Interact, a wide range of course options, the use of incredible science laboratories, an art program, vocal and instrumental music groups, and athletic teams in popular sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, baseball, softball, track and cross country. Student life activities abound courtesy of the leadership team called USB Council. Chapels are primarily run by student leaders and students are challenged to be a whole person through their study of the humanities, the sciences, theology, philosophy and more. Our college counseling program encourages early planning and our students’ successes are evidenced by their admission to quality higher education institutions.

We are a small school with more opportunities than any one student can take advantage of in a high school career. If you value character, citizenship, and a well-rounded educational experience, you have come to a great place!

I look forward to meeting you soon,

Dr. Tricia Meyer, Secondary Principal and FCS Superintendent
